Hope Chest for Breast Cancer Foundation, a Minnesota based 501(c)(3), has been a source of hope for local breast cancer patients and their families since 2001. Every other minute in this country, a person hears the devastating words: “You have breast cancer.” By the time you finish reading this, another family will be irrevocably affected. The time and costs associated with medical care are just the beginning – we’re here to help with everything else. No one should be left homeless or financially devastated by this terrible disease. We can’t fix everything, but together we can fix this.

Hope Chest for Breast Cancer Foundation fills an urgent, unmet need: Alleviating some of the financial burdens associated with breast cancer treatment. While patients focus on the fight of their lives, we focus on helping Minnesota breast cancer patients stay in their homes, keep the heat and lights on, and put nutritious food in the fridge. We help make sure that patients can get access to transportation and child care so they can attend treatments.
