*Required meeting for returning summer team reps

Each year, the MWSL hosts their AGM in March, ahead of the summer season. It is a chance to gather team reps all in one place to communicate important season information, review league and rule changes/updates, elect board officers, and learn about fall and winter playing opportunities. We encourage team reps to make it a point to attend so your team can have the smoothest season possible, and if scenarios do arise, you'll know how to address them. 

• At least one team rep is responsible for attending if you plan to field a summer team. A $100 fine will be charged to teams not in attendance.
• The AGM meeting is virtual, held over Zoom usually in mid-March for around 2 hours.
• It is a great refresher for returning teams and necessary for new teams. Bring your questions and avoid email chains later in the season!

You may have learned about our league after the AGM has occurred...that's ok! We'll have a subsequent meeting available after team registration has closed. The Board will be in contact about this meeting, so you don't miss out on important information and we can help you get acquainted. Failure to attend this meeting may result in a fine.
